Overview:

  • You will be the IT reporting lead as part of the S4Hana project team, working with key business stakeholders and external consultants to identify, document and create reports

  • Creation of Functional analysis and functional specifications

  • Design and development of reliable, flexible, scalable and responsive BI solutions

  • Work with SAP BW team and other BI Analytics teams on solution designs, business warehouse strategy and testing as appropriate

  • Provide user training and documentation

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of analysis principles, practices and techniques

  • Good understanding of data structures and flows in SAP (particularly FICO & SD)

  • Proven track record in designing, developing and implementing SAP BI solutions using BO

  • Understanding of data warehouse structures, BI reporting, analytics and dashboards with BO and other BI solutions (e. g. Tableau, Google Big Query/Analytics)

  • Appreciation of the role of BI in supporting business objectives

Experience:

  • Ideally with experience of an S4Hana implementation project

  • Minimum 2 years Business Analysis experience gathering reporting requirements, preferably in an SAP Finance & SD environment

  • Minimum 4 years experience of SAP BI tools, including the Business Objects suite

  • Experience of the organisational complexities in a multi-national matrix organisation would be useful

  • Knowledge and experience of the publishing industry and processes would be useful
