We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Data Officer (CDO) to lead and expand our client's data strategy. This role involves developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive business value and innovation across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data management, analytics, and governance, and a proven track record of leading successful data initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives and drives innovation.

  • Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.

  • Analytics & Insights: Oversee the development and implementation of advanced analytics and business intelligence solutions to provide actionable insights.

  • Technology Integration: Leverage emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning, to enhance data capabilities and drive business outcomes.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader in the data space, contributing to industry publications, speaking at conferences, and representing the organization in various forums.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in data management, analytics, or a related field, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.

  • Expertise: Deep understanding of data governance, data architecture, data analytics, and emerging data technologies.

  • Education: Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Skills: Proven ability to lead large-scale data initiatives, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset.

  • Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional, Certified Analytics Professional) are a plus..
